About CuratorClip
Every meeting, webinar and training you ever recorded, turned into answers people can find.
What we do
A searchable knowledge layer over the video archive. Every recording is transcribed, segmented by topic, and indexed so that a question returns the exact clip that answers it with the surrounding context, not a whole video with a timestamp guess. Clips can be assembled into curated collections such as onboarding paths or objection-handling libraries, and it flags where the archive contradicts itself, which is how outdated guidance gets found and retired. It integrates into the chat tool so answers arrive where questions are asked.
Who we built it for
Learning and development leaders
Leaders at 200 to 5,000 person companies with large libraries of recorded training that nobody watches.
Enablement leaders
Teams building onboarding paths and objection-handling libraries from recordings they already have.
Support leaders
Support teams whose answers are already on video somewhere in the archive.
The problem
Companies record everything and use none of it.
Thousands of hours of all-hands meetings, customer calls, training sessions and webinars sit in a storage folder because finding the four minutes that answer a question means scrubbing through a ninety-minute recording.
New hires ask questions that were answered on video eight times last year.
Try it before anything else
The free repeat question calculator runs in your browser with no account. Put in your repeat questions and your archive, and see the time they take each year. Open it.
The one promise
The free tool on this site is genuinely free and genuinely useful. It does not withhold the answer behind an email form, it does not degrade after a trial, and it does not exist to harvest your data. If it helps you and you never pay us, that is a fine outcome.
How much time goes on questions already answered on video?
Put in how many questions a week have already been answered on a recording, the time spent looking and answering again, and the size of your archive. See the hours and cost a year. Runs in your browser. No account, no card, no call.
